Our Manifest
Our congregation is open to all people who seek God and want to meet Him in Word and Sacrament. We preach the gospel and minister to people in Russian in Riga, and all Latvia, and via the internet all over the world.
As of 2021, the Russian population of Latvia was 463,587 people (24.5% of Latvia's population). Of them 326478 people live in Riga (55,80% of the population of the city).
We are creating a safe space for everyone, regardless of your views of the world, character, talents, age, education or any other personality characteristics. You can be sure you won't be rejected, judged or driven away.
Jesus accepts everyone, we are following Him with other brothers and sisters. He died for each of you and wants to give His love and forgiveness.
The Epiphany Slavic Lutheran Congregation is simply one of the instruments in God's hands, through which He gives everyone fellowship with Himself, joy, harmony and fullness of being here and now.

Our congregation is part of the Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Our congregation's services are held in the center of Riga at Lutheran Youth Center Every Sunday: 16:00 - classical Lutheran liturgy.
All services are streamed on Pastor Pavel's YouTube channel.
